FAQs
What does this group offer?
This is a self-help support group. It is not lead by a professional. We are all sufferers. There is no charge for the group. If you are looking for a professional lead therapy group you should talk to your physician because that is not what we are.
During our group sessions, we go around the group and talk about how each person is doing, challenges they may be having and offer suggestions on meeting those challenges. The group is for those over 18 years in order that we can talk about more sensitive topics.
What is said in the meeting stays in the meeting and anyone listening to the meeting needs to be introduced so all know who are listening. For security the access info changes with each meeting.
Where/When is this group held?
We meet virtually by Cisco Webex on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month at 7 PM MST and go until 9 PM. The access info for each meeting is sent out late on the Monday evening prior to the meeting. The access info changes with each meeting for security reasons.
How can I join the group?

Are there resources I could get access to, so that I can find a psychiatrist or therapist?
Absolutely! After you attend your 1st group meeting, you will be sent a welcome kit that has information about OCD, recommended practitioners, and general information about OCD.
Are guests allowed?
Please reach out to a group facilitator to ask if a guest can attend. Due to the possible sensitive nature of our discussions guests must be over the age of 18. Anyone listening to the meeting needs to be introduced so all know who are listening
