OCD Group Phoenix (formerly The OCD Support Group of the Valley) is a peer support group that has been in existence since 1990. The group originally met in Mesa and then found their home at Banner Behavior Health Scottsdale until it moved to Granite Reef Senior Center some years ago. With Covid, we became a virtual group using Cisco Webex.

We meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month with the access email being sent out late on the night before. The access information changes with each meeting for security reasons. Our group averages between 5 and 15 members per meeting. We discuss what works and what does not in dealing with the challenges we face and provide support to each other in meeting our challenges.
